SHOES Please take off your shoes when entering the house, a shoe rack is available on the left side next to the stairs. OCCUPANCY There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests at any time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund and/or additional fees. REGISTERED GUESTS No unregistered guests are allowed. All the names of the guest must be registered prior checking-in with a valid phone number for the first guest registered. NOISE Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Sound will travel through the walls if too loud. CLEANLINESS Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. Food is not permitted in bedrooms and could incur an additional cleaning fee if found. SECURITY For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera and Ring system. Here’s a suggested house rule for your Airbnb listing: NO SMOKING We maintain a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy on the property. This includes vaping, marijuana, and any illegal substances. If this rule is broken, a $200 fine will be imposed to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs.

Had a great stay! Very spacious well appointed home. Convenient to downtown, Discovery Green (free yoga on Saturdays) and Native coffee and other fun restaurants. Will definitely stay here in future!

Really enjoyed our time at the Cozy Boho Retreat. The space was clean, stylish, and felt super comfortable throughout our stay. It’s in a great location, close to everything we needed, and the hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and made sure to respect the home. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Great place to spend some time in Houston, the neighborhood wasn’t too bad and there was a lot of places around the residence to eat out at. If you do stay here and ever need anything or have questions you can always contact the owners as their communication was top tier. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend others to give this place a try. You won’t regret the decision!

Mr. Ben and Ms. Christine were great hosts! The home was beautiful and the interior decorations was really nice and modern. We were were able to access a lot of bars and restaurants nearby which was great. We will try to book this property again for our next trip back
