House rules

SHOES Please take off your shoes when entering the house, a shoe rack is available on the left side behind the door. OCCUPANCY There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests at any time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund and/or additional fees. REGISTERED GUESTS No unregistered guests are allowed. All the names of the guest must be registered prior checking-in with a valid phone number for the first guest registered. NOISE Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Sound will travel through the walls if too loud. CLEANLINESS Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. Food is not permitted in bedrooms and could incur an additional cleaning fee if found. SECURITY For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera. NO SMOKING We maintain a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy on the property. This includes vaping, marijuana, and any illegal substances. If this rule is broken, a $200 fine will be imposed to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs.

Just a few words about Christine & Ben's place in Houston ... This lovely 3BR townhome is perfect for families who want to spread out but have a large common area to convene in. The kitchen/dining/living area are open plan allowing for conversation while cooking. The apartment was just as shown, and well decorated and appointed. Situated in The Heights, there are great dining options nearby and only about 20 minutes or so to the Galleria area, in light traffic. We were there for a visit with our son, but realized hotels were out of sight due to the Houston Rodeo. I was very pleased to find this place, and it delivered on all levels!

This stay was absolutely beautiful. We were in town for a family event, and traveled with 5 adults and 3 small children. There was more than enough space for all of us to comfortably stay together with our own privacy. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated, and close to all of the venues we wanted to attend. Of note, we got in late our first night and had trouble finding the travel crib for the baby (no fault of the hosts). I sent a message expecting it to be answered in the morning, and the hosts responded right away, and we were extremely grateful for their attentiveness and patience. Traveling with a lot of family can be stressful, but having a beautiful, comfortable place to stay made it an amazing experience for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly laid out for our family of 4, giving everyone privacy, but warm communal space on the main floor. Our wedding destination was a few blocks away and a fun restaurant and bar scene was within walking distance. It helped us have a perfect wedding guest weekend. Thank you for having us.

I loved every minute in this house. I stayed with my family and as soon as we walked in it felt like home. The house was as described and we were grateful for the hospitality, quick response and graciousness of our host. The environment was also safe and I had no agitations whilst taking my walks. Thank you Ben and Christie for making this place available, we’ll definitely rebook the next time we’re in Houston!

Ben and Christine’s place was exactly as described and a very comfortable home for our family’s long stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and yet a nice sized living space and kitchen for our large family to hang out and have meals together. The beds were very comfortable, and the work station was also a very nice touch and came in handy. Ben and Christine were always very responsive to our questions and provided clear instructions for checking in and checking out. We had a very positive experience and would recommend staying here!

Super nice townhouse, perfect for entertaining! We finally got a chance to host our local friends and family for a couple of quiet dinner parties while visiting Houston. The kitchen and living room/dining room have very high ceilings and lots of windows. We only used one bedroom but all three have thier own on suite bath, with another 1/2 bath on the mail level. PLUS, you get a garage to park in and a garage door opener! We highly recommend this property. Jim and Nancy P.S. Try the Flying Fish restaurant (1/2 mile away). It's an unassuming building with a great restaurant inside! The Caddo is excellent.

We absolutely loved the airbnb, I loved the decor and I am planning on copying some of the decor style for my own home! The best part was the tub with jets in the master bathroom, especially since I sprained my foot before coming, the tub really helped me relax my injured foot and heal faster. I am so impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked with supplies. It really helped us save on eating out and allowed us to cook some great meals at the airbnb. There were ample places to eat around the airbnb and plenty of things to do. I loved this airbnb, and would absolutely stay here again my next visit to Houston.
